Latest Update | 13th Nov
60% IS AVAILABLE IN THIS RECENTLY PURCHASED, FAST, READY-TO-RACE 2YO SON OF GR.1 WINNING 2YO & CHAMPION 2YO OF HIS YEAR – COOL AZA BEEL.
Presenting a powerful colt who breezed up in slick time at the recent Magic Millions, Horses In Training Sale. What is particularly significant is that co-trainer Ben Hayes believes he still has a tremendous amount of upside on what he showed in that breeze-up gallop, so if we go by what he says we have a smart sprinter on our hands.
The colt has had a nice liitle dos of R & R at Cavallo Park and has just recently commenced pre-training with Matt Vella. We cannot wait to see this guy strutting his stuff over the summer months!
Hear what Ben Hayes has to say about this lovely colt in the video above.
He’s by Cool Aza Beel who has already made a big impact on juvenile racing having produced the brilliant 2yo Gr.1 and dual Gr.2 winner, COOL ARCHIE and he’s out of a Stakes winning mare who won at 2.
With that knowledge, we are confident we have a precocious colt who will be ready to either return to the Gold Coast in early January to compete in the Magic Millions 2yo Classic or the Gr.1 Blue Diamond in February, or both.

Trainer
The third generation of Hayes family sons proudly and officially took up the Lindsay Park training reins on 21 June 2021 when Ben was joined by his younger brother JD to form a training partnership and open a new era in the 74-year history of the Hayes family business. On August 2, 2023, they were joined by JD’s twin brother Will.
Will Hayes played top level VFL and AFL football while still riding trackwork for Lindsay Park before getting his trainer’s license.
As sons of David and grandsons of Colin Hayes, Ben, Will and JD have been finely educated in horsemanship and are firmly dedicated to continuing the integrity and success of the stable so the Hayes family tradition can continue. The Team finished 3rd in the National Trainers Premiership Season 24/25
We are thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with the Team at Lindsay Park.
