Farnan has been a massive revelation at Stud. The Golden Slipper winner was Champion First Season Sire by winners and produced 3 Stakes winners.
This colt is a handsome specimen, a beautiful rich bay with his standout star and snip but the thing the took us most about him was they way he moves. He has a lovely fluid walk and every stride he takes just flows beautifully.
Mick Price, who is highly regarded for producing Stallions, was thrilled to be given the job of training this guy. He has the unraced 2yo half brother, JUVENAL, who he rates very highly after two very good trials.
He’s out of a Gr.3 winning More Than Ready mare who has already produced a 4-time winner.
More Than Ready is the most successful broodmare sire of Black Type winners in Australian racing in the last 20 years.

Nominations and Bonuses

Costings
Share Price Includes – Purchase Price, X-Rays & Clinical Examination, Scoping. Race Series Nomination and Mortality Insurance is covered up to the 31st January 2027.
The breaking-in fee and any other general related costs are not included in the share price. Any costs associated with nominations for BOBS, Blue Diamond and Golden Slipper have also not been included in the share price. These fees and charges will be invoiced separately on your monthly invoice, in due course.
Ongoing Expenses and MMF: The Ongoing Expenses consist of a $77 flat Monthly Management Fee (MMF) per owner, regardless of share percentage. The remainder of the fees are the Ongoing Expenses for the horse billed monthly, in arrears, which are split between the owners based on their percentage held. The following are estimated total monthly costs based on averages, as the Ongoing Expenses for the horse do vary depending on the current whereabouts of the horse i.e. training, spelling etc. The following amounts include both the $77 MMF and the average Ongoing Expenses combined:
- 2.5% – $162 estimated total monthly cost
- 5% – $247 estimated total monthly cost
- 10% – $417 estimated total monthly cost
Your first monthly fee will due on the 28th March 2026 (or the next business day if the 28th falls on a weekend or public holiday).
