Our boy is progressing well. He is still learning his craft but it’s only a matter of time before the penny drops. He looks superb and he definitely scored a pass mark at his recent first every mini jumpout over 400m He will have another one over 600m next week and we will get a clear picture of where we will head with him. Harry Angel is doing a great job, currently sitting on top of the 3rd Season Sire table.
Information
This superb Harry Angel 2yo colt, as you can see from the video below, is a cracker. He is out of a sprint mare, IMANANABAA, who’s thrown no less than 7 winners. She’s by ANABAA whose mares have produced 140 Stakes winners around the world.
This speedy colt was purchased at the Inglis Breeze Up sale and will be trained by Ciaron Maher. He’s a beautiful moving, athletic, he’s got a really good turn of foot and no doubt he will get up & go early and make his presence felt while still a 2YO.

Sire
A G2-winning juvenile and dual G1-winning three-year-old, crowned World Champion Sprinter and Timeform rated 132 – higher than all eight The Everest winners: Nature Strip (131), Classique Legend (128), Redzel (126), Yes Yes Yes (125), Giga Kick (124), Think About It (127).
Harry Angel’s first crop realised three individual Stakes-winning juveniles. Currently leading third-season sire, including Stakes-winning two-year-old, and G1-winning three-year-old Tom Kitten, G2 winner and multiple Stakes winner Arkansaw Kid and G2 winner Stretan Angel.
As at 15th Jan 25, he is on top of the 3rd Season Sire table.
Dam
IMANANABAA is by Anabaa and his mare have produced 140 Stakes winners around the world. IMANANABAA was a 5-time winner up to 1400m including the Group 1 ARC Railway Handicap. This is her tenth foal. Dam of nine foals to race, 7 winners.

Ongoing Expenses and MMF: The Ongoing Expenses consist of a $77 flat Monthly Management Fee (MMF) per owner, regardless of share percentage. The remainder of the fees are the Ongoing Expenses for the horse billed monthly, in arrears, which are split between the owners based on their percentage held. The following are estimated total monthly costs based on averages, as the Ongoing Expenses for the horse do vary depending on the current whereabouts of the horse i.e. training, spelling etc. The following amounts include both the $77 MMF and the average Ongoing Expenses combined:
- 2.5% – $162 estimated total monthly cost
- 5% – $247 estimated total monthly cost
- 10% – $417 estimated total monthly cost
The first monthly ongoing expense will be due on the 1st February 2025.
