CRACKING DOES NOT DO THIS FILLY ANY JUSTICE
They don’t get much better than this Pierro filly, a masterpiece. No words would do this girl any justice. The video and photo speak a thousand words. Purchased from the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale. Ciaron Maher and David Eustace both have a high opinion of her and the breeder has retained 25%. She was also regarded highly by our bloodstock agent, Sheamus Mills and Racing Manager, David Mourad.
Ciaron Maher and David Eustace (trainer) comments: Strong, chunky. Similar type to Tanker. I just had 2YO written on my page. We know the stallion can get an early one. It’s got the form on the board. The mare has got a couple of multiple winners and nearly as many runners. Consequently I just bought her purely on type. It’s got a leg in each corner. It’s strong, sharp and I think it will be early. Really good value.
Sheamus Mills (bloodstock agent) comments: lovely, strong, good walking filly, plenty of hind quarter and shoulder to her. I think she’s a sort of filly to get up and go as a 2YO, train on nicely as a 3YO. I was impressed by her sires and physical stature. She’s a really nice girl.
David Mourad (BBT Racing Manager) comments: lovely neat, well balanced filly. We are going to ask her to be a 2YO. She’ll be one that does train on as a 3YO. She’s correct, got a good attitude. Furthermore a nice fluent action on her and inexpensive. Also really well bought and I think it would be a great opportunity to get involved.
She is currently at Doran Park with astute pre-trainer Gordon Pratt. All going to plan she will head into full work with Ciaron Maher and David Eustace in around 4 weeks.
The filly is closely related to 27 individual black type winners including 5 at Group 1 level, 2 at Group 2 level and 3 at Group 3 level including MOSSFUN, RISING ROMANCE and REBEL RAIDER.
Our filly has also passed 100% clean on her scope, x-ray and clinical examination.
