A trip to Gatton today sees LUCONI come away with his second win and his last three starts with a flashy finish under a great steer from Brendon Lerena.
Settling towards the rear of the field and a lot of ground to make up, Brandon made his move at the 400m mark and swung the widest as they entered the straight.
Quickly picking up his rivals, he flashed down the outside and grabbed the win on the line, judged first past the post in the photo finish.
