BlueBlood Thoroughbreds’ ever consistent mare Rosettas Whey wins in tough fashion at Wyong for trainer Gerald Ryan.
Dubbed one of Ryan’s unluckiest horses, the Testa Rossa 5yo mare showed her winning attributes by overcoming her rivals on the line by the shortest of margins, officially 0.07 lengths. The win was much deserved as the mare has not put a hoof wrong this preparation finishing in the money in most her starts with a lot of excuses in not winning those races.
Contesting above her grade in a F&M CLASS 4 HANDICAP over 1600 METRES ridden a treat by jockey Paul King. This now has Rosettas Whey career at 21 starts for 3 wins, 3 seconds and 3 thirds and over $86,000 in stakes earnings.
