INSIDE MAN was worked into the race around the bend and looked to be travelling well, slowly picking up his rivals down the straight before he showed the superior turn of foot over the final 200m to grab the win.
Reaping the benefits of the 3kg claim from our apprentice Jace Mcmurray the pair took cover in the early stages before peeling off heels at the 300m to slice straight through the middle of their opponents right on the line.
A huge well done to Jace, who picked up his second win for Team MFR, first Sydney winner and 100th career win!
