It was a memorable day at Hawkesbury for Team Bluebloods, securing an impressive double with two exciting maiden victories.
After joining the Sara Ryan Racing stable last month, GALACTIC FORCE has been building towards a win — and today he delivered. Given a perfectly judged ride by Tim Clark, he settled just off the leaders before peeling to the outside in the straight and powering home to score a well-deserved maiden win.
Later in the day, HE’S GOT GRUNT continued the momentum, returning from a lengthy spell to make a winning debut for Marc Chevalier Racing at his new home track. With some work to do turning for home, Tyler Schiller took the inside run, and the gelding responded strongly—bursting through along the rail and kicking clear late to score by just under a length.
The win capped off a fantastic result for Team Bluebloods, completing a Hawkesbury double following Galactic Force’s earlier success.
