*** NEW SYNDICATION – 80% REMAINING ***
The Hayes Boys loved this colt and were absolutely thrilled when they were told who would be training him!!!
This mesmerising colt is a full brother to multiple Stakes performer, BATTLETON, with two SIRES close up in the family. Also very closely related to the explosive winner of the recent RL Inglis Banner, CALAMARI RING.
He’s definitely been stamped by his sire, the mighty ZOUSTAR who needs little introduction – think SUNLIGHT, ZOUTORI, JOLIESTAR, OZZMOSIS and SCHWARZ and even popular sire ZOUSAIN.
His dam, a Commands mare was a 5-time City winner and is a half sister to Gr.1 winner and Sire, WARHORSEand a 3/4 sister to EPONA PRINCESS. Her Grandam is a half sister to the handy Sire, CALIFORNIA DANE.

BEN, WILL & JD HAYES

The third generation of Hayes family sons proudly and officially took up the Lindsay Park training reins on 21 June 2021 when Ben was joined by his younger brother JD to form a training partnership and open a new era in the 74-year history of the Hayes family business. On August 2, 2023, they were joined by JD’s twin brother Will.
Will Hayes played top level VFL and AFL football while still riding trackwork for Lindsay Park before getting his trainer’s license.
As sons of David and grandsons of Colin Hayes, Ben, Will and JD have been finely educated in horsemanship and are firmly dedicated to continuing the integrity and success of the stable so the Hayes family tradition can continue.
