FUNZELLE GIVES BLUEBLOODS TWO CITY WINNERS IN 24 HOURS

FUNZELLE backs up her all-the-way win last start with another classy on-speed performance at Sandown.

The Snitzel mare was entitled to tire late in the race but her toughness shone through, kept kicking and holding them off to go home by 0.3L.

Another great ride from Carleen Hefel to make it back-to-back wins aboard this girl. And well done to Peter Moody and the team for having her in excellent condition.
