A colt is big, he is strong, athletic, he moves super and he’s an outstanding looking colt. I can highly recommend him. 

The Sire: RUSSIAN REVOLUTION 

RUSSIAN REVOLUTION was born in Australia in 2013 and is by Champion of Champion sires, SNITZEL. Bay in colour, and commenced stud duties in 2018. In his career, he had 7 wins, 2 as a 2yo and he also won at distances between 1000-1200m. His total prize earnings was also $1.284 million. He won 2 Group 1’s. Not only was he precocious and versatile as a 2yo winning 2 races, but he also won 2 Group 1 races, one as a 3yo and one as a 4YO, so he trained on at the highest level. These included the ATC Galaxy and the MRC Oakleigh Plate which have produced a lot of successful sires in Australia.

Russian Revolution is the reigning champion first season sire. What a great job he is doing at stud. He’s the leading first season sire, last season and he has already kicked off this season in good fashion. Consequently, he even had 2YO runners at the first 2YO race of the year, the Gimcrack and the Breeders Plate. He’s a sire of early runners that train on as 3YO’s.

The Dam: HELIX PARK

The Dam, HELIX PARK is by sire NICCONI. Helix Park was a 2-time winner at 1200m and 1600m. She is the half-sister to OUTDO and Miraculous Miss (dam of AVISTO and CELTIC TIGER). This is her 3rd foal. She has also produced 1 winner, Hyde (by SNITZEL) at 1100m.

Ongoing Expenses and MMF: The Ongoing Expenses consist of a $77 flat Monthly Management Fee (MMF) per owner, regardless of share percentage. In addition to the MMF are the Ongoing Expenses for the horse billed monthly, in arrears, which are split between the owners based on their percentage held. The following are estimated total monthly costs based on averages, as the Ongoing Expenses for the horse do vary depending on the current whereabouts of the horse i.e. training, spelling etc. The following amounts include the $77 MMF and the average Ongoing Expenses, combined:

• 2.5% – $162 estimated total monthly cost
• 5% – $247 estimated total monthly cost
• 10% – $417 estimated total monthly cost

Your first Ongoing Expenses & MMF payment is due on the 1^st February 2024.
