DHAKURI GETS THE WIN AT EAGLE FARM

DHAKURI at his four previous starts hadn’t been far away from a win, including a second last start.

He headed to Eagle Farm today and the Contributer gelding found that winning form. It was a brilliant Ben Thompson ride.

From the rail draw he found a nice midfield position.

When they hit the straight, he trusted his gut and stayed on the inside and was rewarded with the run opening up and DHAKURI doing the rest, letting down strongly to go home by over a length.
