After back-to-back placings expectations were high today for KAIZAD at Warwick Farm and the Capitalist gelding proving too good for the maiden field.
He was out of the barrier well and Adam Hyeronimus found the rail and maintained a steady tempo to ensure they didn’t get crossed.
Once they hit the straight KAIZAD kicked clear, going home by 3.4L.
Kaizad is an Inglis 2022 Classic Graduate who sold to Bluebloods and the Waterhouse and Bott Team for $390,000. He looks to have a bright future ahead of him.
